Brick Town:
A new building has been added in Pewter City that, once the E4 are defeated, will become traversable. This leads to Underground Extra Route, and then to Brick Town. Upon arriving, you'll notice you can't enter the houses (save the Pokecenter and Mart) but you can enter the Pokemon Factory, here you'll meet the Mayor of Brick Town, who will ask you to go through the dangerous Outcast Cave and stop whatevers keeping the citizens of Brick Town confined. Also this town sells Mist Stones and Rare Candies and is the single source of acquiring more than 2 Mist Stones (2 freebies, 1 in Seafoam Islands, 1 for saving Brick Town)
Bill's Secret Garden:
After the SS Anne sets sail, an NPC appears in the Vermilion Pokecenter. Talking to him will get you Bill's Parcel, take it to Bill and a staircase will appear in his house (exit and reenter for it to appear) here you can encounter all Blue exclusive Pokemon and Eevee and get a hidden TM50
Mew Truck:
After getting HM04, the sailor guarding the Vermilion Dock will disappear allowing you to return to the dock (you can also return to the SS Anne if you want) sitting on the truck to the right is Mew.
Outcast Cave:
A five floor dungeon that will require all 5 HMs in some way or another. From lighting up the dungeon (like Rock Tunnel) to needing Surf and Strength to traverse the lower floors, to needing Cut if you want the Pokemon residing at the top of the dungeon, and fly so you can leave the dungeon quickly (escape rope also works here). It also features Pokemon beyond level 70 who have become much more aggressive because of the Pokemon that lies at the bottom of the cave.
